From Support to Core Business: How Deep Digitalisation Transformed Parking Operations, Audits, and Results

This session presents a real-world case study from Estacenter Parking, one of the largest parking operators in Brazil, operating a large, multi-site network across multiple cities.

In this context, technology was deliberately repositioned from a traditional support function to the core of the business strategy, becoming a key driver of operational performance, governance, and scalability.

Facing challenges related to operational inefficiency, manual processes, audit gaps, and limited visibility across a geographically distributed network, we designed and implemented an integrated digital ecosystem combining IoT, automation, data platforms, and AI-driven analytics.

A central pillar of this transformation was the creation of a Central Operational Control Center (CCO), consolidating real-time visibility and control over the entire parking network. By centralizing smart access systems, live operational data, automated auditing, and exception management, the CCO enabled consistent processes, faster decision-making, and higher levels of compliance across all locations.

The talk will explore how smart access systems, real-time data collection, centralized operational control, and automated auditing fundamentally changed day-to-day parking operations. As a result, the company achieved measurable improvements in operational efficiency, financial control, fraud reduction, scalability, and customer experience.
